The base pricing offered in the booking engine uses a daily rate and is typically adjusted for seasonality and other factors.
The rate is the same for up to five people and then a per-person charge is added for additional guests.

Other fees:

• Cleaning at $275 (a weekly cleaning fee if guests stay longer than a week)
• Taxes at 9.7% of total fees

Security deposit of $500 which is registered to your credit card, but not actually charged.

Cancellation Policy:

• 48 hours after booking you receive a full refund of any amount paid if this 48 hour point is not within 15 days of the arrival.
• Within 15 to 7 days of arrival 50% of all costs of the booking are due in the event of a cancellation.
• For a cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all amounts are due.
• If the property is successfully rebooked then amounts due at cancellation are reimbursed minus a 5% administrative fee for the days rebooked.
