Is the property exclusively ours during our meeting or event?
Yes — always. Full property rental means no other guests on site. Complete privacy for the duration of your booking.
How far is it from Portland International Airport?
50 minutes via I-84 East. Executives can fly into PDX and arrive at the property before lunch. Day-trip accessible for West Coast travel.
Can we stay overnight for a multi-day retreat?
The lodge has four private bedrooms, making it a natural fit for a small executive group that knows each other well. Day-use is available for groups that don't need overnight accommodations.
What about catering?
We can arrange catering or you're welcome to bring your own. The property has a full kitchen available for your use.
Is there WiFi and AV equipment?
WiFi throughout the property, with cell service as backup. AV equipment — projector, screen, and sound — is available.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular spring and summer dates book 3–6 months ahead. Fall and winter dates are typically available on shorter notice. Contact us to check availability for your dates.
