The inspiring lodge was built in 1950 and has just come through a comprehensive renovation while maintaining the style and charm that take guests back to that time frame.
The 200 acre property is located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Skamania County Washington—and is about one hour from the Portland International airport. A mountain river runs through the property with two waterfalls visible from the lodge.
The lodge sleeps 8 guests in the standard bedrooms with options for more guests. The property is near many outdoor activities, and to stores and restaurants. We have options to prepare the property to meet specific vacation objectives of guests, so please contact us with questions or ideas to help us better prepare the property for your needs.
Are you working while visiting our property? Guests can conduct business with fast Internet and working areas in the lodge. The main lodge is an excellent location for business meetings too.

The Lodge - the entire building for your group
Basic needs: The basics are covered for you—soaps, shampoo, bed linens, and towels.
Climate control: The lodge building is well-insulated and has three heating options and targeted air-conditioning.
Internet and mobile phone: Internet service is of course included. Mobile phones can operate per options and procedures in property guidelines.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee maker, and cookware/dishes/utensils. There's two outdoor barbeques, one wood pellet and one propane. Basic supplies provided such as salt, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee filters, napkins, and more are provided.
Large fireplace with endless firewood provided: The living room has a grand fireplace as can be seen in the photos in this listing. We offer our guests unlimited firewood so the beautiful fireplace can be fully enjoyed.
Entertainment: TVs which guests can access their streaming services or ones we provide. At the property there are many card and board games, outside games, two grand pianos, and the party room with a wet bar set up for entertaining and fun.

Back-up power: Generator for the whole house in the event of a power failure.
