The base pricing offered in the booking engine uses a daily rate and is typically adjusted for seasonality and other factors.
The rate is the same for up to five people and then a per-person charge is added for additional guests.

Other fees:

• Cleaning at $275 (for stays longer than a week, further cleaning options can be discussed)
• Taxes at 9.7% of total fees

Security deposit of $500 which is registered to your credit card, but not actually charged.

Cancellation Policy:

For Cancellations:

• 48 hours after booking receive a full refund of any amount paid (if this 48 hour point is not within 15 days of the arrival).
• Within 15 to 8 days of arrival 50% of rental costs of the booking are due.
• Within 7 days of arrival, all rental costs are due.
• If the property is rebooked then rental costs forfeited are reimbursed proportional to amount of days rebooked (minus a 5% administrative fee).
